This course offers a safe and supportive space to explore your grief and begin the process of healing in your own time. Led by a board-certified chaplain with over 15 years of experience, Introduction to Grief and Mourning blends video lessons, written guidance, and reflection questions to help you move through loss with meaning. You’ll explore two trusted frameworks—Elisabeth Kübler-Ross’s Five Stages of Grief and Worden’s Four Tasks of Mourning—to better understand what you’re feeling and how to carry your grief forward with gentleness and strength. This course is for anyone: - Grieving the death of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a sense of identity - Struggling to find language for their pain - Looking for private, self-paced support - Supporting others in grief By the end of this course, you’ll: - Understand how grief shows up emotionally, mentally, and physically - Discover tools to navigate anger, guilt, and sadness - Reflect on your experience in a meaningful way - Gain gentle practices for moving forward with hope Grief isn’t something you “get over”—it’s something you learn to live with.
